Between Late Reveal and you

1. 1

   What you're booking

   An account is free. Our events are listed on the site and anybody aged 18 or over can book one. Booking an event buys one place at it, in your name. We arrange the venue and what is included. We do not promise any particular people will be there, and we may decline or cancel a booking, with a refund, where we think we need to.

   What you pay

   The price shown at checkout, taken when you book. It covers your place and whatever the event says is included. Anything else you order at the venue - food, drinks - you pay for yourself on the day.

3. 3

   Cancelling

   The fee is not refundable. The place is held in your name and we commit to the venue on the strength of it. If you can't come, tell us as early as you can so somebody else can have the place.

   If we cancel or change it

   If we call off an event, you get a full refund. We may change the venue or the timings at short notice; if the change makes the event unworkable for you, tell us and we'll refund you.

   Some events are physical activity

   Where an event involves a run or similar, you take part at your own initiative and are responsible for judging whether you're well enough. Runs are untimed, at a conversational pace, and led by volunteers - not medical or coaching professionals. If you have a health condition that could be affected, get advice from a doctor first.

   Our responsibility to you

   We'll organise each event with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to the fee you paid for the event in question.

   How to behave

   Everyone there is a stranger doing something slightly nerve-racking. Be decent. We can remove anyone from an event, or close their account, without a refund, for behaviour that makes others unsafe or unwelcome.

8. 8

   Age

   You must be 18 or over to book. Our events are planned for people in their 20s; alcohol is served at many of them, and a venue may ask for ID.

9. 9

   Your details

   We use your email to sign you in and to tell you about your bookings and upcoming events, your phone number to reach you on the day if something changes, and what you tell us you can't eat or drink to look after you. 10. 10

    Law

    These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
